Fighting in the East has his reward and this is the membership card of the Frozen Meat Club and Hemmo was a member of it.

He was part of the selected group of the Krim fighters and he received his badge to proof it.

Unafortunately in this club's regulations being wounded during the activities in which its members were involved and Hemmo suffered one, so here he has his proving badge

After more than three years of service he finaly qualificated for the IAB and he received it.

Now a photo in the day he decided to take part in the most dangerous mission he ever took part and still he looked happy, I never understand such valour and indiference in front of the a sure dangerous situation that can last for the rest of your life

I was on holiday and prepairing money to purchase more groups, but nothing has surfaced yet, hope something appears during the rest of the year as next year I will have a difficult one, not for the money but for my next office will be open in Africa and for sure I will spend long periods without internet conexion.

I don't know if you noticed, but it seems he is wearing the KVK ribbon instead of the EK2 ribbon on the photo.

Yes, but I don't know if an optical effect or, maybe, a error, someone mixed photos as it sported the correct rank and awards (with the exception of the EK/KVK mistake) for our soldier.
