Pz.Div. "Muencheberg"

Has anyone ever seen a Wehrpass or Soldbuch from an individual assigned to Pz.Div. "Muenchenberg"? I know it was in existence for only a short time and was virtually annihilated in Berlin, so chances of anything surviving from that division are slim to none. But still, I was wondering what any of the stampings looked like or just exactly how unit identification information was entered --

I have seen one. No Müncheberg stamsp though. It was written by hand "Feld-Ers-Btl. Müncheberg
