Hey, who could that be streching the seams of his SA uniform?

            Hi, para.

I think the fellows in brown w/dark peaked caps might be members of the NS-Betriebszellenorganisation (NSBO / National-Socialist Factory Cell Organization), with an NSDAP official leading up the procession.

In the next photo, the SA leader in profile, right background, is
            Bayerischer Ministerpräsident (Bavarian Prime Minister)

            Siebert, Ludwig Georg <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o></o>
            SA-Obergruppenführer<o></o>
            <o></o>
            <o></o>
            Born: 17.10.1874 in Ludwigshafen.<o></o>
Died: 01.11.1942 in Stock am Chiemsee.<o></o>
            <o></o>
            Best wishes,
            ~ Mike

As per McCullogh's request, here is a close up of the Schaller's ribbon bar. I messed a little with the settings to help bring out a little better detail. I hope it helped...
                Yup-my guess is bavarian.

Wonderful photos, Tom, and my guess- very rare. They belong in a book.

                    Best,
