Craigob mentioned about the strange font. "Besitzzeugnis" in Franklin, "Dem...Nahkampftagen" in Futura (both prewar) and "die...Nahkampfspange" in Helvetica (postwar). Three different font families in a single document, not an indication of a good designer anyway...
