I think they are just wearing a mix of M37 and M40 uniforms. 's Gravenwezel, Kerkstraat lies some 12-15 km from the Scheld, where I should expect more naval troops. I think they where stationed at the fort in the direct neighbourhood (aprox. 2-3 km) or with the local citizens.
