16mm film question

hi guys.

well this is the foto-forum,and i have a film question,but i thought this was the best section to ask.
i have a 16mm film,with the titel kampfgeschwader lutzow.
there is good information on the net,but how many are made.
is this propaganda,or a normal film made in war time
and where could you find more 16mm films.

I don't have much experience with 16mm films (only 20 or so in my collection), so I too would like to hear from those who knows.

There are original films and wartime duplicated films. I assume those duplicates are easier to get, naturally.

16mm films are not flammable (SAFETY FILM/Sicherheitfilm) and fairly safe to store at home.

You can take your 16mm film to a filmshop to make a DVD. A good conversion will result in a pretty good movie.

I think if you make a DVD, as suggested by Akira, there would be many people here who would buy a copy - including myself!
