Cool pics and ID help needed

Just dug these pics out of the batch, The horse pic is huge (had to downsize it) and is one of my favorites as is the funny big and little guys pic. Does anybody know who the other guys might be and in the double pic if the might be the same guy?

Yes, I can see them now as well.
The big and small guys pic is funny indeed. Also notice the ribbon bar of the big guy worn way too high on the uniform.

I almost think they are some kind of performing troupe like the USO or similiar.
