Snagged these today, didnt know Stern published that early but they are dated Feb and Dec 1939 also a neat telegram I havent translated yet any interest in these things?

I believe the telegram is a congratulation to a business's 25th anniversary, and wishes much luck in the future.

The design is by Lugwig Hohlwein, one of the well known Graphic artists in the early to mid 20th Century.
