Help Identifing WSS KC Holder

I just got a new photo today of three WSS officers, one of which wears the Knights Cross

I think that he looks like Heinz Macher. Here is the best close up that I can make

Well his collar tabs look like Totenkopf and a OStuf or Hstuf??? If I was at home I could look at reference material.
