What unit can it be?

Please help me find out, what kind of troops are there on ther picture? Sorry, the picture is in very poor quality. Thank You!

Hi fayati,
The only unit I could come up with is the Technische Nothilfe(TeNo). That is because of the SS like rank patches. The SS took control of the TeNo from 1943 on, and changed the collar tabs to ones like the SS wore. That is the only unit that I know they did that to,other than the Volksturm, and those men(in pic) are wearing those style tabs and some different style arm eagles. They are wearing what looks to be LW flight tunics, but the units like TeNo and Trans. Speer wore what ever they could get, ussually what ever unit they were assigned to. This is just an educated guess, you understand, as the pic is in so poor condition,etc...
