I need your opinions on this ek II urkunde that is given to Obersteuermann Rau.

Does anyone know who signed this urkunde?

If anyone knows the value for such a urkunde then that would be great.

I can't say for sure if this is an original piece, but I see nothing to indicate it's a fake. The signature is that of Vizeadmiral (later Admiral) and RKT Otto von Schrader, whose biography appears at http://www.geocities.com/~orion47/WE..._OTTO_VON.html

Nice looking urkunde. As for worth, I'd guess in the 50 euro range or so.
