Look at the very bottom of this document. It will probably say it is a "Wochenspruch der NSDAP" or weekly quote of the NSDAP. Throughout the 40's and some of the latter 30's, the NSDAP would print these posters, each with a different "inspriational" quote to stir up patriotism in the populace. They were usually hung in prominant places for everyone to see. The values of these are all over the place. Some of the ones with quotes from historical figures may only bring a few dollars, some of the ones that have better artwork and embellishment may bring up to $30.
