I saw this someplace before... a before and after shot. Now it's a 5 star hotel or something, isnt it?

I have confirmed that this building is the Deutscher Hof.

As for it possibly being during the RPT, I have come across a picture with Hitler taking the HJ march past during an early RPT. There are the LAH guards and no ornate swazis adorning the building.

In any event, with the presence of the LAH on guard in the OT illustration, Hitler is most definitely staying on the premises. Timing of the picture is more problematic without further information.
