Facimile Himmler sig SS ek1 Urkunde

What's everyone's opinion on this? Never seen a doc of this kind with a copied signature before.

the doc is for sale on the estand:

That's one oddball doc alright, it also appears in Forman's book on award docs. Dalüge is listed as company commander of the 11Kp. SS-pol. Rgt.15 in 'Hitler's Green Army' by Munoz

If the seller thinks $375 is a lot for this kind of thing i could mention that Hüsken just sold a KVKII m\S and EKII to a police hauptmann in SS-Pol.Geb.Rgt.18, both signed by Kleinheisterkamp for $700....EACH! When i saw the price i really didn't think they'd move but they were gone within a couple of days.

        That's just downright outrageous

Man, if these types of prices continue I'm simply not going to be able to continue collecting.

You think that's bad? Go over to his site and search for 'Tokyo' and see what he's asking for KVKII, KVKI and blockadebreaker docs to a KM officer serving with the marineattache there. 1250 Euros is the most i've yet seen for a KVKII m\S doc not to mention a massive 7000 Euros for a blockadebreakers badge and doc

One has to wonder why HH would stamp an EK doc at that time, being more interested during those weeks in working to save his butt with the Allies through neutral countries. Also, wonder why he would sign it being he was NOT the immediate field superior for sperate Orpo police battalions. Just a thought. Personally, nothing I'd touch or be interested in.Just my historian oriented opinion.

Regards the Kleinheisterkamp documents, he seems to have signed few and recommended few for higher awards (GC and KC) as well. Of the SS corps commanders I've found less in those areas signed by him and Georg Keppler compared to others.
