What in the World is This Truck?

Just picked up a Kriegsmarine lot of photos, and this was included...

What the heck is it? It appears to be left hand drive, so possible British in origin? It also looks to have some sort of tank on the back of it, and the door appears to be open on it.

Anyone have clues?

Hi Aldwyn, it is British. A Morris - Commercial CS8 (Truck, 15CWT, 4x2). Many were captured after Dunkirk. There was a water bowser version. This truck is an early one with the aero screen folding windscreens. Production began in 1934.
