Hmm, hard to say. Nice doc, looks like it's in good condition. If it's too much, it won't sell, and he will either reduce the price or keep it.

I have see these sell from $150-$250, so I would say its a fair price.

I just wanted to add: I beleive that long service documents are fairly scarce as the recipient would receive a small certificate to glue into his party book, noting the award. I am sure many of the actual award documents themselves have been lost to time.
