The one standing outside the airplane is most probably the pilot, as he has a pilots seat-parchute.
The one sanding in the door is a crew-member, who******180;s job is either a gunner or navigator. He has a parachute handled out to crew-members who has to walk around in the planes, as his chute is the breast-type. The chute himself is visible on the floor of the airplane, and would only be fixed on the owners breast in case of a jump.
