I’m looking for help on this question: when was the earliest PAB 25 awarded? Could you please check dates on your award documents? I would really appreciate your input here. Thanks in advance.

I've been misunderstood. the doc isn't mine but I found the pic on the net, I just have the picture in my files as documentation. I would have like to own it. May be the owner is reading these lines..
