SS/Sa in 1934

Hi all,
i bought this nice Photo this morning on a Fleamarket with the Names on the back. I need your help with the Rank of Number1 and 2. Some wear the 1929 and the 1933 Parteitags Badge. Wittenberg wears his Baltenkreuz.
It was taken on the 28.03.1934.
From the left:

These are all SA members--I don't see any SS men here. It's a nice, pre-R******246;hm purge photo! I think Nr. 3 might be 'Hartmann', nr. 1 'Prelle'.
