Propaganda film

Hello gents. I have a question. Found at an old antiquedealer a german propagandafilm. I belive it is 16 mm. It is a two parter, with some battle 1939 and Hitlers visit to Musolini as the other part. Intact, film playable and al that. Is it worth anything? He wants 200 USD for it? Never seen ome for sale before, but I figure if anyone knows, this is the place to ask.

$200 is steep I think-but it depends upon content and condition.
