I want to sell the picture but wanted to know who these guys are ? Is the guy in the right an Oberführer ? He wears a rare badge, but I cannot remember the name before checking my files.

Who can be the man in the center ?

ZBV= "On special assignment"(?):
No idea-but my guess is some sort of veterans commemoration day.
The badge is a Gau commemorative badge-worn by members of a Gau for kampfzeit service by 8 Gau. Interesting as it appears the SS man is illegally wearing his golden party badge with the Gau badge-which was against regs.
