Himmler Document what is it for?

Hello folks,
I got from a veteran a while ago a Deutschland Erwacht book (cigarette book), and folded up inside was this piece of paper.

It is a Himmler Winter greeting and is a period copy on German paper. What is it for? What is the value?

Hello Jody,
It's the cover note for the presenting of the Julleuchter--the earthenware candle holder of old Germanic style. These documents were not personalized so this type of letter would be correct, assuming it meets other criteria for originality.

Hi Erich,
The paper has a very feint water mark near the bottom that says Colambo and a small castle. The paper measures 29.7 cm by 21 cm. It also does not black light.

I just thought it was odd folded up in the book.
