Adolf Hitler Poster Opinions Needed...

I have an opportunity to purchase this Hitler poster from a friend who does not collect WWII era items. He states he purchased about 12 years ago directly from the vet that brought it home. I realize the condition of the poster is rather poor, but nonetheless I am not sure of its value. So what do you all think, is it indeed original? And if so, what would be its value given the present condition. Thanks for the help.
