WH Tank wrapper in leather

Here a picture from a WH soldier with the leather wrapper. i have see many HJ Division photos with this wrapper.

Hi guys,
I believe that picture is from Horst Hein's set of photos. He owned a personally tailored wrap along with several other officers. None appear to be the actual 'issue' U-boat or NSKK leathers.

does anyone know about the leather wrappers? I have one with some wear one the top and mint pants. They have issue tags in paper with the sizes and manufacture info.
