Here is some info about him :

DoD : 15/02/1944
Last rank : GENERAL d. INF.
Last position : Chef d. KRAFTFAHRWESENS (O.K.W.)
EK1 : 29/05/1940
DKiG : not awarded
RK : 04/07/1940 as Gen.Major Kdr. 3. PZ. BRIGADE (3. PZ. DIV.)
If someone owns Christian Federl's books about Panzertruppen RKT, It is very likely that there is a photo.
A double check would be appreciated.

Denis, I believe you're right. Both Federl and Divisionsgeschite show different portraits, but it's him. I checked my archive but only to find Kühn from his back But I think I have the same photo somewhere... I remember having seen the exact picture.
