Well, I plugged Gran Sasso's deciphering into a German-English translator and came up with this for you:

The Haupfeldwebel Gockeln in comradely solidarity within the 3./S.R. 73 dedicated to its company commander G. Keitlhofer (?) first lieutenant

That "translation" manages to completely distort the meaning of the inscription..
Here is my attempt:
Dedicated to Hauptfeldwebel G. in comradely dedication within 3./S.R. 73 by his company commander, Oberleutnant (?)
