The printing on the document itself is bad quality for an EKII. As far as i know Grenadier Regiment (mot) 92 was never called 'schützen', the term had generally gone out of use the previous year anyway. In August 1943 the commander of the 299 ID from what i can tell was Generalmajor Ralph Graf von Oriola and that doesn't look like his signature. Lastly, unless there are several places with the same name, Woronesch was actually behind Soviet line by August of 1943.
However, Gren.Rgt. 92 was an independent unit so it makes sense that it would have been attached to a division. The regiment is noted as being part of Heeresgruppe F in '43 and the 299 ID was part of the XXXV korps, which was part of the 2 panzer armee which in turn was under Heeresgruppe F. A motorised infantry regiment was previously reffered to as 'Schützen' so it's not beyond the realms of possibility that it was actually referred to as such for a while.
Off the face of it i don't like it BUT theres enough to dig further. It could be good, but it needs better sources than i have.
If you're just after an EKII doc then it may be safer to find another, but if you're particularlly interested in these units or the Kursk battles then it defintely worth researching further.Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.
