Does anyone know who the person in the photo with Goring is? also, any ideas who it is in the second photo?

edit: The photos are supposedly from some Russian/Ukranian archives, im not sure though. I just found the first picture in a google image search (although the full thing wouldn't load, could only see the thumbnail)

Also just read that in 1940 Julius Streicher was deprived of all party offices after printing untrue stories about Hermann Goring.
