    Picaso designed monument?

Hello All I recieved a new grouping from a fellow that was part of the intial part of Barbarosa and this photo along with another was part of the grouping.
if it isn't a Picaso it sure looks like he influenced it greatly. Big question is anyone know where it is?

Hi all back with an update; a friend sent this to me and since I cannot read German I was wondering if I can get a translation. Hopefully it will tell where and what this is. Thanks in advance! Mike

      try my best

i am not so good at german, just try my best, here is the transaltion:

A Spuk goes into rubble. A figure - obviously representing a worker
      - built in an expressionist way,
was the attraction of the city of Aptem in Donez.
As usual is the case for Soviet monuments,
the figure built in gypsum offered little resistance to the explosive charges
put by the engineers, so that the Spuk soon fell apart in dust.

Note: i cannot find a suitable english transaltion for the german word Spuk,
it refers to something, as in this case, the figure that carries a spiritual meaning.

Hope this can help. See if other members can help to refine my translation better.
