    Award Documents Lot EK/Demjansk etc.

    Hello everybody

Just got this Lot of a Soldier from the 1./Inf.Reg.418 and later 1./G.R.418 he has been to France and later Ostfront.

Within this Lot of Feldpost and 2 Photos were also these award Documents.

I'm no expert at all and appreciate your help to determine the Value of this Lot,so I can put it on the E-Stand.

There is also this Urkunde F******252;r Verdienste um das Pferd an der Front
I had a quick look on google and couldn't find anything regarding this Urkunde. Was there a Badge to it and what was this Urkunde for?? I assume he did take care of the Horses on the Front

The Lot also includes a letter, informing the Family that the Soldier went missing in Saporoshje.
Also mentioned in this letters is,that he was awarded with the "Horse" Urkunde.

A nice Map with the marching Route through France but it is the Route of the 3./I.R.68

    Here are the Photos...

Any Comments and Info are very Welcome

    Regards

That's a nice group! I also have one of the "Taking care of the Horses" Urkunden. They're fairly rare, but I'm not sure that makes them worth alot. I have seen one on a dealers site for - I think - over 300 euros. But it stayed there a loooooooooong time (might still be there, dunno).
I can't recommend any price for the group. Probably in the 300 to 400 euro range. If you paid more than that for it, just add 50 or 75 euro to what you paid, and see what happens! You can always work your way down from there.
