I have never seen one like this. Also I miss a signature, which is always on a award document.

And I can't imagine that in april 1945 Germans were still hunting the partisans. I think it was the opposite way.

I agree with Eric. Even if it was an original late war document there is too much amiss from the norm to legitimize it. IMO I see it as a printed repro, faked up and coffee and boot stained.

I would pass on it.
