I would be grateful for any help in identifying the Luftwaffe transport unit associated with Feldpost Nummer L 35817 in November 1940. This is the only FP Nummer stamped in the logbook I am researching for the period 1939-1940 - does anyone know the unit?
The logbook belonged to a Borfunker who was at this time operating with a transport unit (he later transferred to KG 54 and won the DKiG). There are heaps of entries showing action around Radom in Poland, Aalborg in Denmark, Narvik in Norway and other interesting places.
The logbook lists all the planes used but the aircraft codes reflect a wide selection of units and also (I think) factory codes, including: G6+EF (KGzbV 106?), NG+DY, VK+BL, DA+PG, TA+DU, RP+AY.
Any help with the FP Nummer would be much appreciated.
best wishes
