1936 Hitler/Blomberg Signed Promotion Document

I would like to establish, if possible, whether the two signatures on this document are pen signed (handwritten) or facsimilies. Assuming that the two signatures are facsimilies, what would be the current fair market value of this original document?
Likewise, what would be the current fair market value if they turn out to be original handwritten signatures?

I believe these are the original handwritten signatures. In the beginning of Hitlers "carreer" (the early thirties) he signed a lot of promotion documents of wehrmacht personal.

Price: round and about 900-1000 euro.
