Strange LW piping?

Well at least strange to me... The piping around the collar looks very metalic (dont know if the scan were able to catch it?). Is it LW Flak?

I've seen piping like that before. It's not metallic, it's just tightly braided. It's hard to tell fro the photo, but it could also be signals branch.

I hope you don't mind if I add this photo with a strange Luftwaffe collar tab to your thread. I have been told it is for reasons of camouflage and that this would be an 'ordinary' Flak man - is this correct ?
