As this has come up for sale on the E-stand i think it's worth bringing this thread back up for discussion.

Here are the issues i have with it.

The title F******252;hrer der minensuchverb******228;nde Nord ceased to exist in March 1942.
It's last commander was Kurt B******246;hmer
Oslo was not within the Ostsee station, so the stamp, place and date don't add up.
Those docs i have seen awarded by FDM Nord are of this style but have the correct F******252;hrer der minensuchverb******228;nde Nord title for the signing officer rather than Ostsee.
Also had another officer signed the doc in place of the commanding officer there should be an indication to that effect, ie. i.V or f.d.r
