I think it says Bad Nenndorf/Hann. (Hann. is for Hannover; Bad Nenndorf is near Hannover).

It looks like:

Res. Kur lazarett

This indicates its a hospital for sick soldiers rather than wounded ones. Small detail but it kinda bugged me that I couldn't figure out the "Kur" part for a while.
