Besondere Anerkennung - Grenadier Rgt 309 urkunde

Part of a partial grouping I'm planning on getting rid of soon. My question - is there any way of tracking these? The person that the grouping is named to doesn't have his name on this, so I can't prove it belonged to him. He was previously in Inf. Rgt 330, 183. Division, then the pz. jg kp / div grp 183. I have a Feldpost envelope dated 03.11.44 with the FP nr. 27669.
Any connection between the units? A cursory search of Lexikon d. Wehrmacht gave me more background on the 183, but nothing to tie it to this urkunde.

FP number on letter matches to GR 309. Same unit on doc. Nice doc too.
