"Oberzugführer as a rank would make me think "L.W.D. Boxtel" was Luft- Warn (something) D(ienststelle probablby) and this senior NCO was in the Luftschutzpolizei, 1942 successor to the Sicherheits- und Hilfsdienst and Luftschutzwarnungsdienst.

what do the cuff armbands say? Are they wearing SHD or LSW collar patches?
