    Hello:

    What organisation does this man actually belong to:

    Kyhaeuser?
    Kolonialbund?
    some sort of Southwest Africa veterans association?

    And I can make out all the awards for this veteran except the third one.

    Does anyone know who he is?

    That's a Schutztruppen-type uniform being worn as "Tradition" uniform for the NS Kriegerbund (breast eagle with enamel cross and crossed swords) and the "colonial" Tradition left cuff shield. The armband appears to be simply a PARTY type, rather than of a veteran's organization. I can't make out the cuff title on his RIGHT sleeve.

    Third award looks to me, so tiny, like a Saxon Ehrenkreuz mit Schwerten-- as given to senior NCOs who weren't eligible for anything else "normal."
