Iron cross postcard

Hi all,
some months ago I bought an Iron Cross postcard (in color, no writings on the back), like the one at the cover of Gordon Wiliamson's The Iron Cross of 1939 and and Postcards of Hitlers Germany.

Could anyone give me som information about this postcard, and what is it worth?

I have one of these also. My German is crap but I think it says something like, "there can only be one winner and it's us"...From memory I think it cost me about USD30 give or take a few $

Thanks for showing Terry, the one I have is just like the firste one you posted, I would love to have a example of the other you have as well. They make a good display in an EK collection.
