This should probably go in the Groups Forum, but old habits die hard! Also, I am more interested in discussion about the group rather than just displaying it, as the Collections/Groups Forum seems to be more about.

These docs go with the Wehrpass post on the Wehrpass Forum. They come from a nice group to an Observer (later Pilot/Observer) who served in Afrika and Kreta. I have his Honor Goblet, all Docs, and about 600 photos (most from Afrika). I thought someone else might be interested in taking a peek.

Hi Dirk,

Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately, it did not come with a standard Flugbuch - there is always SOMETHING missing! However, it did come with the next best thing, a complete list of all missions flown by date. This was probably kept by the Staffel Clerk. the Wehrpass (see Wehrpass Forum) has nice operational details in it related to his Afrika missions. Check it out.

Very nice and now at last I know where a part of this grouping went to ( iff I remember correctly the other part was sold at HH auction nr. 36 - 1998 )

Iff I look it up it seems someone split up the grouping moremad .

Could you advice me on what was exactly included ? , etc ....

Is his Pilot/Observers badge document also included ?

Hi Cholm-Meister,

Very interesting. The only award document that I do NOT have is his DKiG document. All other ones are in my possession including the Pilot/Observer doc which is posted above.

I also have his Silver issue Honor Goblet, many more documents and two photo albums with appx. 600 photos. So, what was left to be split up? Did the original listing have all of his medals? That would be about the only thing left that I do not have.
