Hello...

The shoulder Boards is before war...later the Soldiers have round shoulder boards.It is possible that this are pioniers is ,but the Shoulderboards before war have no Weapon colour on the shoulder board...see the picture...

I don't think they are Pioniere. The soutache on the overseas caps is too light. Perhaps Ari judging by the equipment they are using.

I never thought of Ari. What is the peice of equipment they are using? - I thought it was some sort of survey (sp?) equipment, hinting pioniers?
