Unknown Div. Cap badge

This is a 'Soldbuch-sized' foto of an enlisted man with a unidentified cap badge. Also the Ostmedaille ribbon is attached a bit strange, too.

Does anyone recognize the cap badge?

Can't help with cap badge but eastmetal ribbon was woren from second botton in place of ek2 ribbon by a lot of soldier's

Correct, but the way it is attached. Instead of going from the buttonhole down, it is going up from the buttonhole.

Wish the picture was clearer. It appears to be a sword within a wreath. Ididn't find anything that looked exactly like the insignia shown. I think the single sword is the key element in the insignia which means it could be from the:

The vehicle symbol looks like a squirrel standing on a sword. Any idea what that unit could be?
