While I can't tell whether the photo you're showing is an original print or not, I can certainly say that Dr. Lammers enjoyed riding in the Berlin Tiergarten whenever he had the opportunity; he was an avid equestrian and there are a number of photos of him taken on horseback, some of which were personalized and autographed. Here we see Lammers wearing his SS general's uniform, accompanied by an official from the Government/Diplomatic Corps and a police official, though I cannot make out who either of those persons is. If the "/39" hand-written on the reverse of this photo is an indication that it was taken in 1939, then Lammers would have been wearing the rank of an SS-Gruppenführer.
