Need a help on SA unit identification.

Good day, Gentlemen. Yesterday I've found this transport card.
The guy on the photo has a collar tab numbered 21/1. I would read it as 21st sturm of standarte 1.
However i found no info about this sturm in all SA-Gruppe Berlin. May be I'm reading it wrong.

Could you please help me identify it?

I have no data on that unit, either, but - for what it's worth - I can assure you that you're reading it right: 21st Sturm of the 1st Standarte is correct.

SA-Standarte 1 was called „Berlin-Charlottenburg“, which was also this man's place of residence.

The collar tabs appear to be black. The stitching is white and the collar piping seems to be black/white. So it’s for sure the SA group Berlin-Brandenburg. And SA Standarte 1 from Berlin is matching. Only the exact location of the 21st Sturm remains unknown. But it must have been located around Berlin.
