Bulgarian studio mark on the back and a written inscription to a wife or girlfriend from Sofia.

Numbers 3 and 4 look like KM uniforms. The signature is possibly von Feuerhelm?

It does seem to be Feuerhelm, pauke. A quick search for him didn’t turn up anything but I’ll take a closer look soon.
