Thank you Andreas, could you explain what that object/s under his ribbon bar RHS top pocket.
if its another medal bar, strange position . Also looks like the RK has been photo shopped.

It's clearly another ribbon bar; very likely one with foreign decorations only. Unfortunately, the photo just isn't clear enough to tell anything more specific, and I can' find a better version of it on the internet.
