Can you identify these Luftwaffe Officers?

I was asked to post this photo to see if any members could identify these officers. I think I have a good idea who the second Officer is, but the first is a complete mystery to me. Colonel Klink is the only one I could think of!

    Any suggestions are appreciated!

I got most of this information from Lexikon der Wehrmacht:

My German is not as good as it should be. If there are any gross errors, pleas correct me!

Anyone else know any other information/facts about this fellow?

For a guess at the second Officer, perhaps "Hajo" Hermann?

Both were awarded the KC in October 1940 within 7 days of each other. I could not find that von Chamier-Glisczinski and Hajo Hermann ever served together.

        Any other guesses?

Compare the two. Left is known picture of Hajo - Right is unknown:

No one wants to take a stab?

          I see another possibility:

Dietrich Peltz? Someone is selling a Peltz photo on the estand. The photo shows Peltz with an overseas cap.

          Anyone?
