Krim Document variations

Hi,

How many variations of the Crimea shield document are there? I've just bought the one on Detlevs site so I know this is one of the variants and the other is the one with the large picture of the krim shield on. Please could we start a topic with all the variations of this documents, as it would be great as a reference.
