Reichsbahn uniform - what rank?

Hello all,

these are two pics of a Reichsbahn official, taken in 1941. The second one is very blurry, I know. What I am interested in: Is it possible to say what rank this person held?

Chris,

First there were not really ranks per say in the Reichsbahn.There were pay levels.I won't hazard a guess unless you can get the whole shoulder board in the photo.

Brad,
that is exactly the problem. I don't have a picture with his full shoulder board.
I am not very familiar with Reichsbahn ranks or pay levels, that's why I was asking. I guess this guy was some NCO-comparable type. Weren't they called "Sekretär" or similar?

I have found out that this guy was a train conductor. So was "Zugschaffner" the official title, or did they have a specific rank like "Reichsbahnsekretär"?
